Our training procedures include the following:

Employee Orientation – All officers are required to attend a one day orientation covering our company general policies and basic security procedures. Topics covered in this orientation are:

Texas required security officer training Report Writing Basic Phone/Radio operation

Uniforms (how & what to wear) Patrols – what to look for ESS company policies

Specific Post Orders and Training - As a part of our service, we work in conjunction with our clients to produce post orders that are specific to each post’s duties and requirement. Each officer assigned to a post is instructed in every detail of these post orders and are trained and tested for these duties on-site by a supervisor or an officer experienced with the post’s duties.

On-Line Training - We have a dedicated computer in our training room with a link to various on-line training sites such as www.asisonline.org and www.hits.astcorp.com. These sites offer numerous programs and are available as needed.
